A value in the database is '‘MODU¿7,5’
But when we tried to retrieve this value through the Oracle Enterprise Stage in Datastage, the value was getting read as 'MODU�7,5’.
What worked for us was to try reading the Field as VARCHAR UNICODE in the Oracle enterprise stage and we got the correct characters in the output.
